ReplyDeleteThis is a great Big Idea. It is broad, but your topics can do a good job of narrowing it. Right now, your topics are still pretty broad... your questions and statements are really strong though.
I really like the following questions:
"Where does inspiration come from?"
"What's the opposite of inspiration"
Those are fascinating and could lead to good art.
I agree with many of your statements about inspiration, but a few of them make me second guess you. When you say "inspiration is about ideas from nowhere" and "something from nothing," I must disagree.
A common misconception is that ideas come to us like lighting bolts - that there is some lightbulb that lights up. It just isn't so. That's the moment of REALIZATION, or the "A-HA! Moment" but it is not the INSPIRATION. Inspiration comes from 1,000,000 places and through synthesizing (mixing and matching) those sources, we reach a moment of realization.
